Ich bin Soziologin an der WU in Wien am Institut für Soziologie und Empirische Sozialforschung sowie an der Universität Potsdam am Lehrstuhl für Sozialstruktur und soziale Ungleichheit. Meine Forschungsinteressen liegen in den Bereichen Soziale Ungleichheit, Arbeitsmarkt und Geschlechtersoziologie. Zusätzlich leite ich aktuell das von der FFG geförderte Forschungsprojekt, welches sich mit den geschlechterspezifischen Unterschieden bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration von Haftentlassenen beschäftigt
